Terms of Service

By accessing or using Zylos AI ("the Service"), a product of Galaxyium ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of Zylos AI, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

Zylos AI is an AI-powered email automation platform that connects to your Gmail account to read, classify, and draft or send replies to incoming emails on your behalf. The Service uses your own AI provider API key (BYOK — Bring Your Own Key) to generate responses.

The Service is provided by Galaxyium, accessible at https://galaxyium.space.

To use Zylos AI, you authorize us to access your Gmail account via Google OAuth 2.0. We request only the minimum permissions necessary to operate the Service.

What we access: • Incoming emails (read-only for classification and context) • The ability to create drafts or send replies on your behalf (only when you configure the Service to do so)

What we do NOT do: • We do not store the full content of your emails beyond what is strictly required for processing a single reply cycle. • We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your email content or Gmail data to any third party for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose. • We do not use your email data to train AI models. • We do not access emails outside the scope of the automation workflow you configure.

Your Gmail refresh token is stored in an encrypted form (AES-256-GCM) and is never exposed to any third party. You can revoke Gmail access at any time from your Google Account security settings or from within Zylos AI.

Zylos AI operates on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. You provide your own API key from an AI provider (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, or others) to power the email reply generation.

Your API key is: • Encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored. • Never shared with, sold to, or accessible by any third party. • Used solely to make API calls to your chosen AI provider on your behalf. • Deletable by you at any time by removing it from your account settings.

We are not responsible for any charges incurred on your AI provider account as a result of using Zylos AI.

We collect the following data to operate the Service:

Account Data: Your name, email address, and Google profile information provided at sign-in.

Configuration Data: Your business name, tone preferences, reply language settings, and email automation rules you configure.

Usage Logs: Metadata about processed emails — such as sender domain, detected intent category, processing status, and timestamp. We do not store full email bodies permanently.

We use this data solely to: • Operate and improve the Zylos AI Service. • Display your email processing history and analytics within the dashboard. • Diagnose errors and improve reliability.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your data to train any AI model.

Zylos AI offers paid subscription plans (Monthly and Yearly) processed through Razorpay.

Monthly Plan: Billed every month. Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle.

Yearly Plan: Billed once per year at a discounted rate compared to the monthly plan.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refund Policy: • Monthly Plan: Once a billing cycle has begun and the subscription is active, no refund will be issued for that current month. You may cancel to prevent future charges. • Yearly Plan: Refund requests for yearly plans will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel within 7 days of your initial yearly purchase and have not actively used the Service, you may request a refund by contacting us at [email protected]. After 7 days, no refund will be issued for the current billing year. • No partial refunds are provided for unused days or months within a billing period.

You agree not to use Zylos AI to: • Send spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or phishing messages. • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service. • Circumvent any security or access control measures. • Use the Service in a manner that could harm, disable, or impair our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data including email logs, configuration, and stored credentials will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

Zylos AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated email replies will be accurate, appropriate, or free from mistakes.

You are solely responsible for reviewing any AI-generated drafts or sent replies. We strongly recommend enabling "draft" mode before switching to auto-send.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Galaxyium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Zylos AI, including but not limited to loss of business, reputation, or data resulting from AI-generated email replies.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
