Common questions
Do I need to provide my own AI API key?
Yes — Zylos AI is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key). You connect your OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, Groq, or Cohere key. Your keys are AES-256-GCM encrypted before storing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from the Billing dashboard — your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.
What happens when I cancel?
You retain full access until your current period ends. After that, your Gmail watch is paused and email automation stops. Your data stays safe.
Is there a free trial?
Not currently. We're focused on providing full value from day one rather than a limited trial. Yearly plan saves you 33% vs monthly.
How does billing work?
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Monthly plans auto-renew every 30 days, yearly plans every 12 months. You'll receive email receipts.
